【交通動詞】Pace
Pace (步伐)，動詞「踱步、緩慢行走」，通常是心理不安：
to pace the floor (在地板上踱步)
to pace around the room (在房間裡來回走動)
to pace up and down (來回走動)

Pace yourself，「調整節奏」「慢慢來」
Pace yourself and make the right decision.
(不要心急，做出正確的決定)
Take it slow and pace yourself.
(慢慢來不要急)

Pace out/off，「用腳步量距離」，pace out比較常見：
to pace out the length of the hall
(步測大廳的距離)

Hike (遠足)，動詞「徒步旅行」
to hike the mountain trails (在山路上徒步)

Hike up，提高、拉高，up加強用，可省略
to hike up the socks (把襪子拉上來)
to hike up the prices (提高價錢)
to hike up the leg (把腳提高)

Taxi (計程車)，動詞「(飛機)滑行」
Do not open your mobile phone before the airplane taxis to a halt.
(一直到飛機停止前，請不要使用手機)
